Arrival at Estancia 25 de Mayo, one of the oldest in the region, covering 17,000 hectares
Welcome with mate tea, cowboy coffee, and fried pastries, while learning about the estancia’s history and its role in the founding of El Calafate
Sheep shearing demonstration using scissors, and explanation about wool production and sheep trade in Patagonia
Guided tour of the facilities, including:
Historic buildings, old tools, and the shearing shed
Plant nursery and organic garden supplying the ranch’s kitchen
Corrals and rural management areas
Stop at Mirador del Arroyo to enjoy mountain wine and confit lamb
Return to the hotels (for those who booked only the afternoon tour)
Guests who selected the Afternoon + Dinner Show package will continue to the restaurant for a traditional Patagonian dinner with live music and folkloric show (see separate description)
