Itinerary:

  • Arrival at Estancia 25 de Mayo, one of the oldest in El Calafate

  • Welcome with mate tea, cowboy-style coffee, and fried pastries

  • Storytelling about the ranch's history and rural life since the early 20th century

  • Sheep shearing demonstration and explanation of the wool production process

  • Visit to the barn, organic garden, plant nursery, and historic buildings

  • Stop at the Mirador del Arroyo for a tasting of mountain wine and confit lamb

  • Return to El Quincho restaurant for a traditional Patagonian dinner with live show

    • Starter: criolla empanada

    • Main course: Patagonian lamb, sausage, rustic potatoes, and salads

    • Dessert of choice

  • Live music and Argentine folk dances during dinner

  • Return to the meeting point
