• Pick-up at hotel or nearest meeting point (if staying in a private home or Airbnb)

• Arrival at Estancia 25 de Mayo, just outside El Calafate

• Welcome at El Quincho restaurant with appetizer and homemade bread with sauce

• Short audiovisual presentation about the Patagonian pioneers

• Typical Patagonian dinner with the following menu:

  • Starter: Criolla empanada

  • Main course: Patagonian lamb, sausage, rustic potatoes, and salads

  • Dessert: a variety of options to choose from

• During dinner: live music and traditional folk dance show

• Return to hotel or meeting point
