Itinerary:

  • Pickup from El Calafate hotels at 07:00 AM

  • Scenic ride along Ruta 40 with photo stop at Punta del Lago Viewpoint

  • Cross the Santa Cruz and La Leona rivers, with a stop at Paso La Leona Historic Hotel

  • Views of Lake Viedma, Viedma Glacier and the Andes mountain range

  • Stop at Viedma Glacier Viewpoint, with panoramic sights of Fitz Roy and Cerro Torre

  • Arrival in El Chaltén after 220 km and 3 hours

  • Hike to Condors’ Viewpoint, with amazing views of Fitz Roy, Cerro Torre, El Chaltén and the Las Vueltas Valley

  • Visit to Chorrillo del Salto Waterfall, a 20-meter-high crystal clear fall in a Patagonian forest

  • Lunch included at a traditional restaurant in downtown El Chaltén

  • Return to El Calafate in the late afternoon
