Cancellation and Refund Policy

• If the excursion cannot take place due to weather conditions, it will be rescheduled for another date or the full amount paid will be refunded.

• For cancellation requests made at least 72 hours in advance, 50% of the amount will be refunded.

• For cancellation requests made less than 72 hours in advance, no refund will be given.

• In case of no-show, no refund will be issued.
